Water supply system

It is sent from the water supply tank through the pipeline and the feed water pump wheel, and enters the boiler body from the side through the check valve and the feed water valve. K. Boiler is equipped with two water feed pumps as standard. When piping, there is a bypass valve for communication, which can be used alternately when there is a temporary condition to ensure safety and reliability.

Fuel supply system

The fuel is transported from the oil storage tank to the daily oil tank by the fuel pump, and then transported to the burner by the booster pump through the buffer.

Steam system

K.BOILER has the largest steam chamber, and a water blocking device is installed at the bottom of the main steam valve seat to ensure dry steam quality; the steam is delivered to the distributor through the steam valve and then delivered to the site separately.

Security system

K.BOILER has more than two sets of safety valves and low-water level combustion cut-off devices, power-off devices when high-pressure steam is generated, and explosion-proof devices required for poor ignition. Heat transfer system

K.BOILER adopts a three-circuit flue design to produce excellent heat value distribution. The furnace carcass combustion chamber of the first loop and the second loop reversing flue chamber are in the low-level tank water, and there is no failure caused by high-temperature gas. Maximum heat transfer area

Optimal heat transfer

K. Boiler’s huge overall body, the furnace carcass (combustion chamber) and the first loop reversal chamber are connected as a whole. They are set at the lowest position of the boiler body. When the combustion chamber starts to produce When high-temperature gas is burned, and the gas moves at a high speed and steadily, the heat generated by it is transferred from the inside of the furnace shell or smoke tube to the outside of the shell tube for a heat exchange reaction, and the radiation and transfer are caused by the convection with the water in the furnace. Momentary movement occurs, and the water in the vessel is agitated by a huge temperature difference to form natural convection or turbulent flow, which promotes the boiling steam to rise, condensate downwards, and endless circulating convection.
